Meeting Point
Complimentary shuttle service available. Guests may also drive to the meeting location. Shuttle travel may add up to 40 minutes to the start and end of the experience.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. To receive a full refund cancellations must be made via email at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled trip. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within seven days of departure. Trips run rain or shine. If you’d like to apply a discount, please email us for a promo code before completing your reservation. All drysuits feature latex gaskets at the neck, wrists, and socks. Please contact us in advance if you have a latex allergy.
We offer Military discounts for our active soldiers and their party, as well as group discounts starting at 10 or more. Call or email for more information. Discounts must be applied at time of booking call to book. Last minute arrivals are always welcome, but to guarantee space on the trip of your choice, reservations are highly recommended. Trips fill up quickly, so please make reservations early.
